Fantastic move in experience!

I appreciate all your help. Your employee JAS YAD was awesome taking care of the moving and coordinating the whole process from start to finish. I recommend provincial moving and storage.

Provincial recently moved our appliances as part of our kitchen renovation, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Our son and daughter in law used them for their house move and they were so pleased with the service they received, we decided to use them as well. Despite arriving on a very rainy Saturday, the team was professional, efficient, friendly, and incredibly careful with our appliances. They worked quickly while taking great care to protect everything, and it was obvious they take pride in doing the job right. A special thank you to Lisa, their coordinator, who was wonderful to deal with. She responded promptly to all of my questions and was able to get us booked on very short notice, making the entire process easy and stress-free. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Provincial to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company. They truly care about their customers and treat your belongings with the utmost care.

We had an excellent experience with the moving team. Gil, Sikander and Harman were professional, hardworking, and went above and beyond throughout the move. They handled all of our belongings with great care, and everything arrived safely without any damage. Additionally Robin, Balraj and Sahil of the same team were equally good while packing. Their dedication, teamwork, and positive attitude made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. Cross country move. Everything delivered, professional movers. Excellent job! Yad was very organized and professional.

Our family moved from a little town east of Port Perry Ontario to the Tofield area in Alberta . We called Provincial movers and was amazed at the workmanship of Yad and his crew on both ends. Choose this company for a smooth transition from one place to another, you will be amazed. Thank you all for a wonderful move.

Excellent service by 2 very professional, kind and caring movers! Would highly recommend!

I have used Provincial Moving for 20 years. They are hard working, solution driven and always get the job done. They are also just a very nice group of staff who do their best to make sure your move goes well.

I am pleased to provide this reference for Provincial Moving & Storage based on the excellent service I received. From my first contact with the company, I was confident I had chosen the right mover. I worked with Lisa, who was informative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my follow-up questions promptly, which gave me confidence and peace of mind from start to finish. The move involved transporting my son’s piano from London, Ontario to his home in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. I also added a BBQ/smoker to the shipment. Both items were heavy, valuable, and fragile, and I was very impressed that everything arrived in the same condition as when it was picked up. The delivery itself required some additional skill and care, and the driver handled it professionally and without issue. He was courteous and capable, reflecting the high standard of service I experienced from the entire organization. In addition to their professionalism, I found Provincial’s pricing to be competitive and fair. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Provincial Moving & Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company. Sincerely, Matt

Great service from this wonderful team. They were professional and timely in helping with moving of our stuffs from Edmonton to Kingston. Thank you, YAD, for the wonderful service. I strongly recommend your moving company.

Balraj and his team was great

Our office move with Provincial Moving & Storage Ltd. was seamless, thanks to the outstanding work of Sukh and Gill. They demonstrated exceptional professionalism from the moment they arrived. They were well-prepared, organized, and worked at a steady pace without ever rushing or cutting corners. Sukh and Gill carefully wrapped and loaded every item, taking extra precautions with our larger office equipment. They communicated clearly throughout the move and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it at the new office. If you’re planning an office move, we strongly recommend Provincial Moving & Storage Ltd. — and be sure to request Sukh and Gill. Their expertise and customer service are top-tier.

Balraj provided excellent service. great communication and very courteous. We are very happy with the service provided

Our long haul move couldn’t have gone smoother. Harman and Harsh were fantastic! They took great care of us and our belongings, and even managed to make it fun, really eliminating the stress from it all. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone looking for professional movers. Thank you guys for everything!

Sometimes its hard to find good honest and efficient movers. Im in Edmonton and it took me a long time, this was a tough move for me but I found a fantastic mover and storage facility. Look no further. The pricing is very fair there are no hidden fees you get all of this information up front. And I gotta hand it to the 3 wonderful hardworking guys who were just awesome! Vinny, Suk and Kuki were amazing they were on time, so organized and handled all of my belongings with great care. My furniture was wrapped well and they were creative at finding solutions for tricky items. I highly highly recommend this company and if its possible you should ask for these 3 by name you will not be disappointed. My things are in storage but when im ready to move into my new place I will ask for these 3 amigos they were fantastic! Thank you provincial! If I could give you 6 stars I would. Moving is stressful these guys make it stress free. 👍❤️💪 Update: May 18th,2026 Since October of last year everything I owned was in storage with Provincial after the first move. Everything meticulously wrapped for safekeeping till you need it. I just moved again to a very large Townhouse and couldn't be happier. This time Vinny, Akram and Mandeep worked very hard to make sure all of my belongings were not only placed where I wanted them but also put beds, tables mirrors bookcases etc together, even my antiques were handled with care. This company is the best! Look no further for all of your moving needs. Gary and the guys are top notch! Moving is stressful, these guys make it stress free. 👍❤️💪

Paul and Harman and Gurmukh they are extremely helpful and arranged everything so quickly and assembled so perfectly.

Kuki was excellent, meticulous, professional and courteous. Even handled small issues caused by our Strata with calm and professionalism. This is our second time using this company, and their service has only improved with time. We are grateful and would highly recommend their services!

Vinny Harman Akram great job fast moving service and amazing customer service 🙂 highly recommend

I recently used this moving company for my move from St. Albert, Alberta to London, Ontario, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team starting from Gary to Balraj was amazing from start to finish and completely took the stress out of a long-distance move. Balraj was super professional, along with his coworkers. They took detailed inventory at pickup and went over everything again upon arrival, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. They also placed all the boxes and furniture exactly where I wanted, making unpacking so much easier. All I had to do was pack my boxes, and they handled the rest. They carefully wrapped and packed all my furniture and fragile items, and even reassembled my beds after taking them apart. The staff were efficient, organized, and genuinely kind. Moving can be overwhelming, but they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

Incredibly happy with their moving service! We had a lot of big pieces of furniture (multiple couches, a big sectional, bookshelves, and many boxes and bags of stuff), but our movers handled it quickly, professionally, and with so much care. Jag, Sukh, and Harman were an excellent crew and I appreciate them so much! They finished everything a few hours faster than originally estimated and ensured everything was properly placed into the appropriate room. They also diligently wrapped everything and even re-attached a drawer wheel that had fallen loose during the move. If we ever have to move again in Edmonton, I would happily call Provincial again for help.

Through my own negligence, I sort of set up the move but then didn’t complete what I needed to do. I called Gary in a panic two days before the move and he had a team of four guys out the next day to pack everything with care and they came, earlier than expected, which was great, to finish loading the truck and move me the next day. What an amazing save! The guys were wonderful! Fast, efficient and comprehensive, not leaving anything to chance. What a great experience!

Great service and price. The two gentlemen (Harman and Vinny) who moved our things from Edmonton to Sherwood Park were courteous and on time. I would highly recommend this company.

Balraj and his crew were amazing! Everything was perfectly organized. The communication was excellent. We were on a very tight time frame and they delivered exactly as promised. Their care for all of our goods was outstanding. Everything was numbered and verified. The pick up and drop off days of all of our items was extremely efficient. They are in a class by themselves. Beyond appreciated!!!

Yad, Vinny, and Akram did such a fantastic job moving us into our new home. They took care of all our things and laid carpets down throughout the house. They are also kind and easy people to deal with. Highly recommend Provincial Moving to anyone looking for their services.

Jas, Kuki, Jeg, Sukh were amazing! They were efficient and well prepared. We gave them an estimate on how much stuff we had and they came with the right amount of truck space! The worked hard and quickly. We would definitely recommend them for your move!

Excellent and amazing service by kuki and Vinny.Highly recommend

We very highly recommend Balraj and Sahil. They helped us to move our elderly mother from BC to Alberta which included stops in two cities. They took the utmost care with all the furniture and belongings; taking time to well wrap and tape items, protected flooring in the houses and ensured all items reached the correct location. They went over and above to carefully transport my delicate garden birds with long pointed beaks. Both were an absolute joy to meet and work with. Thank you Balraj, Sahil and Provincial Moving and Storage, you made a big move non-stressful

Jas, Kuki, Jeg, Sukh where amazing!!! Hard recommend!

This company was absolutely amazing to deal with! They were punctual, careful , knowledgeable, friendly, kind and took great care moving our belongings. Jag, Sukh and Vinney were great! We would definitely recommend them- I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Either office person, Lisa, Responded very quickly to my request, Quoted everything was all done deal with sealed basically. Deposit was made confirmed receipt Immediately. Booking was confirmed the gentlemen showed up exactly at the time they said they would be there. Friendly, Very quick to load all my items. Some of the smaller things they asked to put into our truck and it was out of their way. Made everything flow much easier. They had loaded everything in done within one hour. Then we got to the storage facility and I started immediately and we were Totally done within two hours and they were on their way. Very knowledgable, efficient, Friendly!! Great guys Vinny, Steve and Sikander. I will definitely ask for these three gentlemen when I actually get into my own apartment. I will definitely call for them again and Hopefully these gentlemen won’t be able to help me again Very impressed by their expedient Work ethic!!! Thank you guys! thank you provincial moving
